New Healthier Swap

Bulletproof coffee has quickly become my favourite way to enjoy a cup of joe.
[[Caffeine is something I limit to 1 cup a day, every other day, at most]]

I do this because I don’t want to become reliant on the caffeine stimulant and for me personally, hormonally and digestively my body can’t handle a daily dose. If you are someone who is still having a cup of coffee every single day, consider switching your Timmies double-double and go bulletproof with your next cup.
